1. Using STRategy
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of STRategy. By checking the agreement box, you accept these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement, provide accurate account information, and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and for having permission to upload any content you provide.
2. Subscriptions and billing
The plan price, billing interval, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. All new subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Monthly plans charge the selected payment method every month. Annual plans are billed in advance and charge the selected payment method every year. Eligible beta annual subscriptions charge the discounted first-year amount at checkout, then automatically charge the regular annual price disclosed at checkout starting one year later and each year afterward until canceled. The $100 beta discount applies to the first year only. Existing subscriptions keep the billing terms accepted at their checkout. Usage allowances reset monthly, including on annual plans; a usage reset does not begin a new paid annual term.
3. No refunds and cancellation
Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Cancel renewal at any time. Monthly plans keep paid access through the end of the current paid monthly billing period; annual plans keep paid access through the end of the current paid annual billing period. After cancellation, paid access ends when that period expires. Canceling does not provide a refund or credit for unused time.
4. How to cancel
Use Settings → Request cancellation to tell STRategy to stop your subscription renewal. You can submit this request at any time. The request is tracked in Help while our team processes it with the payment provider. A pending request is not confirmation that provider billing has stopped. We will confirm when renewal has been canceled and show the paid access end date. If a renewal is charged after your cancellation request because of processing delay, contact us through Help so we can correct that charge. This correction and any rights required by applicable law are exceptions to the no-refund policy.
5. Access after the paid term
After the last paid billing period ends, access to paid features and included paid allowances ends unless a renewal payment is successfully completed or you purchase a new subscription. Canceling renewal does not immediately delete your account. You can still sign in to view billing information and contact Help. A canceled annual subscription stays available for the remainder of the year you already paid for, not merely until the next monthly usage reset.
6. Research and design information
STRategy provides research, estimates, analysis tools, and design concepts for informational use. Data can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, and results are not guarantees of occupancy, revenue, investment returns, regulatory compliance, or construction suitability. Confirm material facts, local rules, dimensions, costs, and product availability independently. Concept Studio is an alpha concept tool; full floor plans, item-specific shopping lists, and detailed budgets may be marked coming soon. Obtain appropriate professional advice before making financial, legal, construction, or purchase decisions.
7. Responsible use and availability
Do not use STRategy unlawfully, infringe others' rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or share access beyond your plan's permitted seats. We may restrict access to address misuse or security problems. Features and availability may change; we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Help and changes to these terms
Use the Help page to report a problem, ask about billing, or review a support response. Include enough detail to reproduce an issue, but do not submit passwords, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Your submission and account contact information are available to the STRategy team for support. The accepted terms version and acceptance time are recorded with your account. Material updates will be presented for acceptance; new terms do not retroactively change charges already incurred.
